Hi! I love this lot but I can't figure out how to make it a dorm. I've read your description and others, but the problem is the game seems to think that this lot is an apartment, and it won't let me change it to a regular residential. Do you know how I can change it from an apartment to a regular residential (so that I can change it to a community lot so that I can change it to a dorm. ) ?

lolo: Yes, you can use this as a dormitory {if you have UL}, and yes, only men can get to the mens dorm rooms, and only women can get to the womens dorm rooms. Access to the second {womens-only} and third {mens-only} floors are auto-managed by the Rest Room doors that come with the base game. To convert to dormitory: place building as a residential lot first. Then after placing building, change lot to Community/Dormitory. It will tell you some items have been removed. Enter the lot in Buy Mode and re-place the stove that was removed from kitchen {first floor}. Everything else should be fine.
