ok, so i download the house and i moved my sims in, and my sims can't go to the second floor if they are in ground floor i don't know why, i checked all stair all doors all objects and they still can't go up. Do you know the problem? how to fix it? i don't want to give up of the house cuz i love it very mush.\:\( thanks please if you find out the problem just say to me.
