If you place this room in Mas Ollier, please enter bb.moveObjects on to prevent the stairs from disappearing. Delete the extra arch.
If you don't place this room in Mas Ollier, I would suggest that you add windows where the stairs are supposed to be.
In order to install this room:
1- download the room and the required CC
2- unzip files
3- copy room files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
4- put CC in the Mods folder
