This house has been set as residential.
The house can be changed (in the game options) for a restaurant, cafe or other public plots.

The house includes:

1 - Large apartment: kitchen, dining room, 3 lounges, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gym.
2 - On the ground floor of the house are: restaurant, bar and coffee shop.
3 - Outside, there is a large patio with sitting area on the back of the house. There can be parties and weddings.
4 - Outside, in front of the house there is a river channel (pool), where fruit trees grow.

Hi there! This is really pretty!! I already had 67 of the CC so it was no problem! I had to have this. Now I can be brave and put my get to work started. I've been wanting a restaurant, but was too worried about other things. Now it is time! Wish me luck!! Love this!!!!
