Created for: The Sims 3 Creator Terms of Use

I began my 'career' with TSR as a Lot builder and earned my SA badge in that genre, so it only seems appropriate that I should return to my 'roots' for this, my last upload to TSR.

Farraday is a 2 storey family home of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 40x30 lot.

It was designed with a family of 5 in mind . . parents, a teenager and two younger children. Since young people today tend to be computer literate from kindergarten on . . the outdoor activities for them have been limited to a swing set, trampoline and treehouse. A pair of hammocks take advantage of the large trees on the property and there is a pool with bbq dining on the deck.

In a bid for a modicum of self-sufficiency, there is a rather large vegetable patch . .and two apple trees.

The house itself comprises livingroom [with piano and TV], kitchen and dining on the lower level, complemented by a large library [with a children's reading corner and 2 computers], a game room with pool table - and a general purpose bathroom.

The four bedrooms occupy the whole of the upper level - the main bedroom and the teen room have ensuite bathrooms and the two singles share the fourth. All three of the minor bedrooms have desks with computers.

The two car garage is separate and located at the end of a diagonal driveway.

Farraday was specially created for Cos . .and is presently located on the corner block at 65 Maywood Lane. It has no special requirements for re-siting.
