Hi, I noticed there is a single CC item in this and the island is missing a name and description which is easily rectifiable. The CC item is just a lighting object inside the reef display area that can be replaced with a similar official item (the Ionu Spot Light from Town Life is very close) or just using the 1x1 lighting panel found in buyobjects mode.

I did a quick upload to the Sims Exchange to see if there was any other content not mentioned from the store and other packs and it reckoned as well as the chair that there was also a double door, Entrance to Paradise http://store.thesims3.com/productDetail.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:21854 this is similar to the Bodega Doors that already comes with Island Paradise for anyone who doesn't want to cash out on the store.

For some very odd reason the boats are floating in mid air.

I really like the looks of this resort. I noticed you didn't use any of your own recolours which might cause some hate speech from people who like something that's unique from EA's own default designs, but it still looks really good (whiners could just recolour it themselves if they hate it) and I like the way you alternated the use of different designs so the VIP rooms don't all look one uniform colour. Very happy to have this in my world as there's so few resorts that don't use a truck-load of store items or CC and utilises the island without flattening it to a pancake.

Something else I noticed, if you just reset the island you may still not be able to place the lot on it. If this happens change the type to Community > No Visitors Allowed. This should replace the icon to an arrow and you'll be able to place the lot on it.

For those of you struggling to place this lot;

Unlock Beryl Shores with the unlock all island command (discoverallunchartedislands)
BULLDOZE the blank lot. Even though there is "nothing" there - you need to reset the lot using the bulldoze tool.
