New modern houses with geometric and natural accents on exterior section makes the house nice looking with neutral colors.
An area with minimum size successfully optimized a two story building, complete with carport and garage, also the pool.
Like most modern style homes tend to be simple, the house was performed with plain straight lines and combination neutral colours material wood and natural stone. White, black, maroon, dark brown, cream, some combined with glass as pillars to give the impression of vast space that seemed to dominate.
Modern furniture collection by Jindann and also TSRAA friends make this a home's interior look so awesome. So, I named this house Rest of Jindann II :)

I love this house, when i 1st downloaded it and installed, everything was showing up fine and like in the pictures. But now, idk what i did for sure, that after i re-install the downloads in the game, most of the items are replaced, i have all EP's and i believe they are fully patched. Any ideas? been roasting up my mind, since this has happen to a few houses i had installed previously as well D:
