Created for: The Sims 3

This wave is rolling in just in time for the new Late Night EP. Your sims can now have a taste of the 70's sans the time machine. From the Fat Tie Room with its formal smorgesbord and dance floor, to the more laid back Barkcloth Cafe with it's signature dagwood sandwich and fresh air seating, right on up to the polyester lounge and the nectar hour... this place just keeps on a-truckin'! There's also a side room for you to put in perhaps a pet rock shop, or whatever else floats your boat. So peel off that silk shirt on a beautiful morning and streak on down to the beach for some afternoon delight. Be sure though to pack your leisure suit for a little night fever at the most groovin' place on a crowded avenue.
