This lot fits both 15 Riviera Road in Paradise Island and 223 Windsor Drive, Bridgeport and was built in both and tested in both. It is 42 MB. I have Base Game, WA, Generations, Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Showtime, Seasons and Paradise Island and may have used items for all of them, as well as Roaring Heights (though that is doubtful). My game is fully patched.

Love this house!!! The modern exterior is a little different from what I have come to expect from your houses...did a double-take when I saw your name... but it is beautifully done as always! The interior is up to your usual standards as well with the lovely colors and abundant use of artwork...my sims always get a very positive moodlet from your decor!!! \:rah\:\:rah\:\:rah\:\:wub\:
