Beautiful home! I love it! One question though...how do you get into the upstairs bathroom? The bathroom and laundry are connected, but I see no way to get into either of these rooms. Thanks so much!

Candletree Cottage is a simple, 2 storey cottage named for the candletrees [pencil pines] that originally were planted all along the boundary line. The Cottage has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and is fully fenced; it has a single garage and off-street parking for 2 guest/delivery vehicles.

Ground floor comprises entry, livingroom with fireplace and TV, music room/library, kitchen with snack bar, diningroom and bathroom.
Upper level contains double bedroom with adjacent sewingroom, bathroom, laundry and office/design studio.

Grounds are paved and landscaped, with BBQ area, inground pool and cosy home for the family dog.

Candletree Cottage was built on and for the lot at 180 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley, but requires only a 40x30 flat lot if siting elsewhere.

Candletree Cottage is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.

Such instances will not affect installation and play for Candletree Cottage.
