Created for: The Sims 3

Before long ago this place was a farm, but Agathe turned it into a cozy and welcoming little house.
She can invite a couple of friends who will be staying in the living room-bedroom above the stable.
Stable where Opaline lives an intrepid and funny mare.

The entrance of the little house gives immediately the style, warm colors (red dominant color of the interior decoration), the modernism marries with the old one, the kitchen is big and it is possible to dicute with the guests while preparing dinner.
The living room is small but cozy, the verenda has put on the Christmas decorations, the tree takes up space but it's so nice to admire it by drinking a nice hot chocolate in the lounge chair, besides Lucky the cat love to sleep there.

The garden is filled with flowers. There is a bike, a place to park the car but no car ....
This house is made for lovers of animals and nature ..... like Agathe!
