There are Resort Towers included in this Resort to make it work. Safari Resort is situated at 2007 Newton Nook, Appaloosa Plains (Newton Cemetery) but can be placed in any world. Place Safari Resort in your world, Purchase Resort and then Open Resort to make it work.
