When traveling to University, a lot of Sims prefer to live in Sororities or Frat houses and make new friends rather than be secluded from the rest of the world. Is your Sim outgoing and carefree? Sand Laurels is the perfect Sorority for those Sims looking to expand their horizons and quickly boost their popularity.

** This Sorority house is great for six roommates.
** There are four bedrooms with six single beds (one of them being a bunk-bed.)
** Two stories and a basement.
** On the main floor you will find a nice-sized bathroom, an open floor plan with a living room and dining area, as well as a kitchen and enclosed terrace leading outdoors. This Sorority also has a nice pool. On the second floor you will find a hallway, four bedrooms, a small laundry room, and 1 1/2 baths. And in the basement you will find another nice-sized bathroom with another washer and dryer, computer lab, reading room, work out room, and a game room.
** NOTE: INSTEAD OF A NORMAL FRIDGE IN THE KITCHEN, I PUT A MINI FRIDGE UNDERNEATH A COUNTER. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPOT IT.

** EXPANSION PACKS USED WHILE CREATING THIS SORORITY: Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, University Life, and Supernatural.

I created this Sorority house in Sims University, but it doesn't have an address because I didn't use a lot that came with University. I placed one myself. It can be placed on any flat 35x25 lot. Sand Laurels is considered a Community Lot because it's a Sorority, so in game it can be found under the Community lots section, not the houses.

In order for the Mirrors to be reflective, like in the gym photo, you'll have to have the reflective shadows or whatever it's called enabled in game - which is under options - otherwise the mirrors will be gray.
