My first test project with the new building tools which I LOVE, particularly the CFE cheat. It's probably usable as a large residence or convertible to a community lot, which is how I got the cars. Stretch your creative envelope and come up with a workable floor plan, then let me know about it.I've placed in a basic floor plan that includes 18 classrooms, 7 half-baths, and an administrative wing for the dean and other staff.
