Created for: The Sims 3

This Modern Beach House features an open planned living space with a galley style kitchen, a small dining area, a small reading area and a tv/lounge area, and a bathroom on the ground floor, on the second is the kids room and another bathroom, on the top floor is the master suite and another bathroom. The stairway has a glass wall to one side with views of the town, there are 4 balconies, 2 facing the water, one above the front door, and a large one above the garage. There is a room above the garage that you can use for what ever your heart desires. On the back of the house you will find three 3 story angled windows. These windows look on to the water and the light house. This is not one of my best as far as the layout goes. ENJOY! :)
