This one is a 20x20 build.
It has two usable floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the dining area.
On the first (half) floor, which you can reach by using the stairs, you only have a bed, a book shelf and a TV, but with a beautiful view on the outside (I personally think)
The bathroom is on the outside, build in a separate little house.

The idea behind this lot was (for me) to build a house for someone (like an author), who takes inspiration by this place, for getting some ideas for the next project. He or she maybe has a cat as his/her only company.
