The file you download from my poses, goes directly into your mods folder. If you have not created a mods folder, you will need to look up how to do that. Once you have the mods folder created, my pose file goes into the packages folder. Then you will need to download cmoney pose player from Mod the Sims which is the mod to work the poses, I hope that helps.
