Oh no, do not delete the mod, it is not about the skins, if you install the skins and mod correctly to your game you can find breast sliders at Create a Sims (CAS) ---> Looks---> Mouth , come to mouth and you can find this mod under this selection. You are going to do,I believe very easy $\:\)$

Hi hun $\:\)$ I think you downloaded all the skins, right?? if ok, you need to make a new folder named Mods in to your Sims 3 base game folder. Like this : C:/Sims 3/ Mods After this you also need to put a folder in to this Mods folder named Packages. C/Sims 3/Mods/Packages Put your files here, if you don't know how to install the package files to your game you need to download Helper Monkey, from Mod the Sims. install this programme to your computer and reboot your pc. This programme will put the files automatically to your game. Always you can ask me if you have a problem $\:\)$ take care.
