An old but good apartment building, cozy and with all sorts of tenants! This apartment building has four apartments, two balconies and some backspace outdoor area to spend some time, especially at sunset! I made this build after a floor plan of @rollos_floorplans on IG. There are 4 apartments: 1) Elderly couple; 2) A small family of 2 parents and 2 kids; 3) Four roommates and not at least 5) Bachelor.
TIP: The lot is saved as a residential so you can move a sim into it and search for roommates and assign them the other rooms.
