What version of Blender do I need for making CC objects?Written May 15, 2020

I've been wanting to make CC for years and doing that is confusing to learn. I haven't been able to. I knew that it needs vers 2.7, I am not sure now. Unable to download TSR WorkshopWritten Apr 04, 2020

I'm trying downlowd the latest vers. I did uninstall what I had. Everything looked normal and was okay, but with my new virus protection and my computer is confusing. I was able to downlowd TSR Workshop but the short cut and any trace of it of it being downloaded disappeared as if I didn't, I don't know about computers to know whats wrong.
