Due to the use of the CFE cheat in the construction of this home and in order to make game-play easier, a skip-level marker has been placed in the quarter-height story between the first and second living floors. This has caused the lot to act more like an apartment, rather than a regular residential lot. This means that the lot is cheaper, but is not able to be easily modified. If you would like to remodel the lot or get rid of the marker, simply use the "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off" cheat.
