The former Brenn Packing Corporation, leader in material handling equipment and solutions, has been transformed to a residential loft on a top A location in Bridgeport. Not suitable for a family of many. It works best for the artist or entrepreneur, with or without a partner. Pets are welcome too. The old warehouse is conveniently placed under the bridge to downtown Bridgeport. It basically has everything you could possibly need and more. Yes, one bedroom only... but if you are the creative one, you can either build a floor on top of the roof, or even change the basement studio into more bedrooms, I mean... If you really HAVE to.

The car is from the Fast Lane Stuff pack and is NOT included in the download.

Note that I own, and have installed all EP's and SP's on my computer. (except Katy Perry stuff). This does not mean I used all of them in this build. I try to stay away from using stuff pack items. But basicall, all EP's have been used, sort of.

I added EinfachSimlisch City Windows, because they are the closest thing to loft windows. Unfortunately, the site and also LunasimsLulamai's site are not longer available, such a shame and a great loss. I love their stuff and have kept a lot of these items safe on my computer. Lunasims has a great ballerina dress and shoes. I added them too. Also Nelly Floor lamp by Billyjean at BPS (no longer available). The hanging bulb is by Pocci and you can get their wonderful stuff here at gardenbreeze: http://gardenbreeze.flier.jp/wordpress/?p=358. The lot itself was built and exported from Bridgeport. The small lot under the bridge you will need to bulldoze. Yeah!... Go ahead!

I can't properly explain just how much I love this build, ever since I downloaded it's all I've been using. But now that I'm playing the sims 4 I'm trying to convert it to that game because I just can't do without it. Superb work, absolutely love it, love it, LOVE IT \:wub\: \:wub\: \:wub\:
