Hazel Flats is a luxurious and modern condominium placed in front of the Appaloosa Plains's City Hall. Has 12 apartments (11 NPCs). Features also a pool, a garage, a small garden and 14 car spaces, 2 elevators and stairs. The outdoor design looks very nice in Appaloosa Plains (but you can place this in any sims3 world), because with the touch of the wood, it will not stand too much garish in the Appaloosa Plains Downtown. With this, what I want to say is that this condominium seems to be there all time.

This apartment has a hallway, a big living room with dining area, a kitchen, 5 bathrooms(total), 3 bedrooms (each one with a private unfurnished bathroom), an unfurnished room great for another bedroom or for an office (has an unfurnished bathroom too) and a lot of balconies. Here predominates the "big rooms" design.

For this to work, you will need Base Game, Late Night and/or Generations, because this condominium has round stairs and elevator. Note: Sims prefer to use the stairs, they will not use the elevator if you have both Expansion Packs. I tried to remove the stairs thinking it was a problem from the elevator, but it works if you have no stairs. Please, don't re-upload to other sites.

However, I'm still new CCs, and it embarrasses me a little for asking this, if I download this set, do I still need to download the stuffs on TSR Creations tab for it to look exactly like the image? Or does only downloading the lot work fine?
