Because a lot of items are on top of each other you need the bb.moveobjects on before placing the room. I will upload the small townhouse in City Center Windenburg as well. I changed it but you can place this holiday room in it with ease.

I have all expansion and stuff packs installed on my computer and use them all regularly.
