Ahh the people with the fruitcake... won't be ringing your doorbell to give you that inedible fruitcake anymore.
When the situation starts you will see the timeline for a second and you will see the neighbors but they will disappear immediately.

This mod also works for Strangerville and Island Living.

Important : If this does not work in your current save file, please try it in an new save file.

I don't know if it works with the new update, (01-17-23), I hope it still works! It will be that in real life it never happens to have someone who comes to welcome you in a new neighborhood... and it's quite boring... I'll try to download it anyway.

@EisQueenTia My mod is just stopping the welcome wagon and not all neighbors they still can visit your sim but not the welcome wagon. This option No Tespassing is stopping ALL neighbors. So I don't think it's unneeded

This mod is unneeded. All you need to do is click on your door when you start a household for the first time or move and select No Trespassing and them Disallow Solicitors. No more welcome wagon.
