OMG I could so live here if I were younger and stairs weren't an issue. I have always loved industrial and this a perfect example. You really should try doing what they did with old factories in North Adams, MA. You could do them justice! Look up Eclipse Mills Artist lofts North Adams Berkshires, they are spectacular.
