Off-grid Earthship, an eco-friendly and self-sufficient homestead perfect for the sims who want to live a lifestyle with a minimal impact. With two animal sheds, one chicken coop, two bee boxes, three insect farms and lots of space to grow veggies, fruits and herbs. For the kids there is a tree house. Inside there is a big open kitchen and dining area, one small bathroom, a nook for arts and crafts, and a living room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, one kids room with a bunkbed, and a bathroom. The lot is off-grid which means it will not use electricity, but with lots of solar panels and wind turbines you have the option to add items that use electricity. The lot is 64x64.
