bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement - to unlock career rewards.
freerealestate - for when the lot you want is not in your Sims budget.

The word sign in the front garden will reset on placement. To put it back in the middle of the circle you will need to use bb.moveobjects on, grab the sign, use the #9 key to move it up back into place.

If you are just using it as a restaurant and not as a business, I recommended you remove the basement door so the Sims don't go down to watch TV.
