4th part of my Caravan Set including:

1 sink
1 toilet
1 shower
1 sidetable
2 mirrors
3 blinds

You can arrange the bathroom objects as seen on the preview and Sims can use all these objects! That means that you can build a 3x1 full functional bathroom. :-) Sims can walk through the shower and the shower can be placed behind a door. Since Sims will enter the shower from left side you can not place a normal toilet or a nomal sink on the left side, but with toilet or sink from this set it will work. :-)
