Beautiful old 2 story waterfront home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, kitchen and nook, family room, Garage with Laundry, balcony, Pier for 3 boats. Build it on a 50x50 lot on the Sunnyside Beach, Sunset Valley! Delete the beach and place the 50x50 lot as you see in the picture. By the placement of the lot, the boats are not on the pier. Place the 3 boats with the hand-Tool of the Build-mode on the landing stage. Played and tested in 2 worlds. Perfect for lakeside entertainment! :D
