Norwood is a 2 storey, 4 bedroom home in cream stucco with a tiled roof. with off-street parking for the family vehicle. Grounds are paved and landscaped .

The layout is traditional, in that the heavy traffic areas such as meal preparation, dining and entertainment, are all downstairs and the bedrooms are on the upper level. Of those bedrooms, 2 are doubles and 2 are singles - they all have ensuite baths.

The living room is large with heaps of comfy seating . . and incorporates a TV viewing area at the front, and a conversation/reading space at the rear . . in the centre is a space-age sound system with wall speakers. The diningroom is of medium size and situated at one end of the kitchen.

The main downstairs bathroom includes a powder room for guests and the study has access to the semi-enclosed entertaining area at the rear of the premises. This includes BBQ, meal seating, loungers, a firepot and a pretty fountain setup. For nature lovers, in the opposite corner of the yard, there is also a 'bird tree' to attract any local feathered creatures.

Norwood was built on and for the 20x30 lot at 1 Sun Song Avenue, Sunset Valley. It has no special requirents for relocation. other than a flat lot of appropriate size.
