INSCRUTABLE FACT FILE:
From the outset, I should tell you that Inscrutable is not an authentic Eastern/Oriental style, but rather a Westernised version which definitely stretches the concept at times. Nevertheless, I hope you like it.

Inscrutable occupies the 40x30 lot at 16 Maywood Lane, Sunset Valley. Although it requires a flat lot if resiting, Inscrutable's surrounds are not completely flat.
SPECS:
2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen with dining-room included, livingroom, entry, exercise room, spa and spa lounge are all to be found in the main building. Adjacent, and accessed from the upper level, is a 2-storey, modified bath house. [I say modified, because the pool is swim depth; rather deeper than the traditional bath-house].
EXTRAS:
Three ponds are included in the grounds - a larger one along the frontage, has pagoda lights and stone benches to allow for quiet contemplation of the Chinese Koi which have colonised the pond. The two smaller versions in the rear garden, also teem with the Koi fish and have seats and lighting provided. Only the area in the immediate vicinity of the front door is fenced, the remainder is planted with a pleasing mix of bamboo and flowering shrubs.

Inscrutable is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Showtime] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Inscrutable.
