Crompton House is offered unfurnished. It is a 2 storey beach house in Mediterranean colours of clear blue and white.
After accounting for the usual livingrooms [ie living/kitchen/dining and a family bathroom], it has space for at least 3 bedrooms with ensuite baths. with enough room to spare for, perhaps, an office, and a library or whatever suits the purposes of the resident Sims.
There is a small front facing balcony above the entry.
The separate poolhouse is built on a foundation, to provide a deck area for the hot tub. The poolhouse has it's own bathroom and the hot tub area has a UV filtered glass roof.
The double garage is separate from the main house and is located at the rear of the lot. It contains 2 vehicles. The bin dock is at the rear of the garage
The lot is landscaped, with pebble paving, lawns, and plantings of bougainvillea trees and red hibiscus.
It is presently located on the 40x40 lot at 455 Suynnyside Blvd. Sunset Valley.

Crompton House is a marcorse original work.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix for Pets on all files in this build, therefore it contains nothing to cause problems.
It is base game compatible, but if you wish it to appear as I have presented it here, you must have the last patch installed. That patch ensures, that even if you don't have the EPs and SPs that I have installed, you WILL have access to any items that need them in order to be functional and visible.
If you don't have the patch [or the EP/SPs], then the game will replace 'missing' items with default ones . . .with mixed success sometimes. Such 'missing' items will not affect install or play for Crompton House.
You may not re-upload this lot anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
