The black catsuit our Lara wears during the last levels of the game, particularly the infamous Red Alert level.
Gloves are part of the outfit and not a separate accessory as I felt they complete the overall look, the glasses however are just some shades that come with the base game! Can be worn as everyday, athletic and career :) Have fun!

I use custom sliders on the sim wearing the outfit to add to the realism and make her look more like Lara (wider hips etc). You don't have to use them but the outfit and my other outfits look much cooler with them! You can find them here: http://modthesims.info/d/378416
