This is a COLLECTION file of the stud walls, drywall, ventilation ducting, and sewer lines found in the game. I threw it together for the players that like to use the rough construction pieces in certain projects.

NO custom content is included, however, a custom collection icon is present.

Installation Instructions:

Extract the contents of the zip archive and copy the collection package file to your ...documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Collections folder.

Note that those downloads are not required for the Creation to work!
