Instructions for renting a furnished apartment: USE AT OWN RISK!

When your sims show up at the mailbox, allow them to cue something up. Then follow these steps:

1 - Open the cheat box window (CTRL + Shift + C)
2 - In the box at the top type this in EXACTLY:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
3 - Now resume the game and press SHIFT while you click on the door for the apartment you want to rent. A choice of options should become available. Choose "Rent Furnished Apartment".
4 - A box will pop up asking if you are sure you want to rent this apartment. Click yes.
5 - Open the cheat box window again (CTRL + Shift + C)
6 - Type this in it EXACTLY:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled false

Enjoy your fully decorated apartment! :D
