Well, well.. After alot of work, and after a long period of it, I Z.A.V have returned with beautiful houses for Sims and Simmers, such as this grey house .. It's a very large house, which can contain 3 or 4 people. On its 1st floor there is {as usual} a big pink kitchen, 2 small black 'n' white bathrooms, and 2 small halls .. On the 2nd floor there are 2 big bedrooms, a hall with a balcony, 1 black and white bathroom .. And of course a BIG yard as you can see in the picture with 2 BIG swimming pools ... Enjoy.
