Created for: The Sims 3

A sprawling Mediterranean style mansion with asymetrical rooflines and a 2 story grand entrance hall. On the first floor you'll find a study, living room, dining room and open kitchen, family room, guest bathroom, laundry room, and the master suite. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a large patio area and pool.

I tried to use as little custom content as possible, but could not do without the 4 items listed here. Please download those separately. The house is decorated with EA items only. I left one bedroom empty, so it can be furnished as you choose.
