Created for: The Sims 3

Part of my Old Fashioned Community lots. This is lot 10. The Toystore features toys on the first floor, art supplies on the second floor and childrens books on the third floor. There is also an office and restroom on the first floor, a storage room on the second floor, and a room for mothers to calm grumpy children on the third floor. In back of the toy store is a small play area for the children. The Confectioners shop features cakes and other treats to eat, as well as coffee. The kitchen is located on the second floor and I put a small apartment on the third floor. This lot does not use a custom rabbit hole rug like my other mainstreet lots. I placed the books register in the toystore and the foods register in the confectioners shop, so sims can actually buy things there. You could use the bookstore and the diner rabbit hole rugs as well if you wanted too.

This is the fifth of six lots that make up my Victorian Main Street. I'm building these lots on the little island in Riverview. In my neighborhood, I have taken out the center lot (the Four Bridges Park) and turned it into an old fashioned, brick-paved mainstreet. The six Victorian Main Street lots can go in any of the six lots surrounding the center lot. Or you can place them anywhere you want, of course!
