This house has everything you could ever want and more...including the white picket fence!

Entry into the house is via a nicely appointed foyer with a formal living room off on the side. Down the hallway leads into an open family room, dining room and kitchen combo. The door to the deck is off the kitchen, Also leading off the kitchen is a small hallway with access to a half-bath, the laundry room, and the garage.

The upstairs landing houses an office and game room of sorts. A bedroom for a budding fashionista is off one end of the hallway and one bedroom for a young sports star is off the other. The kids get their own bathroom which is sandwiched between their rooms. The master suite contains a crib, couch and private bathroom.

The deck has an area for cooking and hanging out. The backyard features a playground and fire-pit. Everything is fenced in with a lovely white picket fence. A two-car garage with parking in the driveway finishes the house. NO CC.
