Three storey, 5 or 6 bedroom, solid brick residence, offered unfurnished, except for the master suite, which occupies the entire top floor and comprises bedroom, enuite bath, walk-in robe and office.
All projected bedrooms would have ensuites attached and there is ample additional space for many other amenities - gymnasium, art studio, library, home theatre, indoor sauna etc.
The medium size pool has a roof over, supported by 4 columns, and is fenced off from the play area as a safety precaution in the event there are very young children in residence.
The ploy area is securely fenced with the only access from the house . . .equipment includes kiddy pool, water slide, swing set and a pair of spring riders - bumblebee for a girl and pirate ship for a lad. Bench seating serves a dual purpose - for relaxation, but also for adult supervision of the playground.
There is an attached 2 car garage [which incorporates bin storage] and there is a sun terrace with loungers, on the midlevel, overlooking the playground.
Moama was specially created for MS . .and is presently located at 325 Oak Grove Road, Sunset Valley. It has no special requirements for re-siting.

Moama is a marcorse original work.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix for Pets on all files in this build, therefore it contains nothing to cause problems.
It is base game compatible, but if you wish it to appear as I have presented it here, you must have the last patch installed. That patch ensures, that even if you don't have the EPs and SPs that I have installed, you WILL have access to any items that need them in order to be functional and visible.
If you don't have the patch [or the EP/SPs], then the game will replace 'missing' items with default ones . . .with mixed success sometimes. Such 'missing' items will not affect install or play for Moama.
You may not re-upload Moama anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
