Nederlandse Thuis means Dutch Home in Dutch and if it does not I hope my Dutch friends will correct me :) This lovely Dutch inspired home is very spacious. Large living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms. Attached garage, wrap around porch and gazebo like enclosure in the back. Plenty of lovely landscaping and a dike in front to give that Dutch feeling that you are there in The Netherlands. I hope your sims will enjoy living here as much as I had building it. No expansions needed to enjoy this wonderful home.
Oh, one more thing, I had this as a no CC lot but after previewing it somehow some patterns slipped in. The only one I am aware of is the stucco pattern, the others I have no idea how they got in there. Well it was almost a No CC lot.. Enjoy!

SoSo cool to see homes resembling those in holland $\:\)$
And hereby the small correction: In Dutch we just say 'Thuis' as in 'my/his/her/our/there home'. Nederlandse refers to a Dutch woman or an item. And yes, i'm sure i can be corrected on that one too, not too simple language even for inhabitants.
