Your poor hobos need a place to call home to ya know. This lovely dilapidated shack has just enough amenities to keep your hobo satisfied in his preferred living conditions. The grungyness of the counter tops and porcelain fixtures are basically there forever so even if your hobo is a clean freak which I highly doubt, no amount of scrubbing will make a bit of difference. This home comes with a clothesline, a run down washer, a filthy old couch on the porch, and used tires in the pond. The last renter who lived here was my hobo called Hobart Hoboken and has since got on his feet with his inventions and scouring the salvage lots for items to sell. He now lives in a beautiful modest home and is at the top of his career. I hope your homeless sim will find comfort living here as Hobart did. This lot sits at 574 Bayou Gulch. Most of the CC you see in the pictures have been taken out due to file size. You need Ambitions expansion to play this lot. Enjoy!
