It reminds me of the house that I built in Twinbrooks right by the lake for Jolina, after I kidnapped her from from Sunset Valley. Though yours is MUCH nicer!! And now that I think about it... using a strip of pool works very well as a fence (if I add a gate) once she gets some celebrity points!

This is a very nice looking house, thank you! But not sure why 78,000 simoleans is considered expensive? The sims end up making tons of money after a while... Anyway, I appreciate that such a good design is on a small lot, thanks again!
