Thank you for this lot. I would like to use it but the game will not let me assign it a community lot tag. It keeps telling me there are special building on it that need individual assignments in order to be used properly or they must be deleted. What is your tag set to to get your Sims to use all of these buildings as they normally would? Thanks!

This looks much nicer and better than the original one in the game, I like how the buildings and the park are in the same area, so it make it feel like "warm/welcome". Thanks!
