Welcome to Melcave, what I call my dream house! A (apparently) small yet cozy home built on a 20x15 residential lot. Featuring 5 bedroom and 3.5 baths, this house showcases a beautiful open plan living area, finished basement with cinema room, guest bedroom and full bath. An industrial-looking kitchen with large glass doors provides plenty of natural light and easy access to the patio. The attached garage can be converted into a gym or skill room.
