I absolutely LOVE your houses and I can say without hesitation that you are my favorite builder in the Sims 3. The Villa Ruba is one of my favorite house - it looks so classy and elegant - but I have the same problem as Moosey : when I place it on any 40x30 lot in Sunset Valley, it raises the groud and becomes unusabled. It happens with the Bera villa too... Could you show where you built these lots so that we know where to place them ?
