Marrakesh - a 2 storey, 3 bedroom/4 bathroom sandstone residence with a middle-eastern feel. While I have furnished this lot with half an eye towards it's mid-eastern exterior, I have not done so with any real intent of strict adherence to style . . rather, I have followed my inclinations as it were, and pleased myself - I like the result, and I hope you will also.
The ground floor entry level contains foyer, reception/lounge area with coffee corner, open plan living/kitchen/dining, telephone nook, bathroom
There are three bedrooms on the upper level - the master with ensuite, a twin single with bath and a double guestroom with ensuite and a small, private office. Also on this level is a sittingroom/tv/game room, a music studio with dance floor . . .and the family study/den.
There is garaging for 3 vehicles, [which are included] with roiom to spare for small transport such as motorcycle or byciucles. A private gazebo in the rear courtyard has a pretty water feature and lounge seating.
Marrakesh was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 130 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley. It has no special re-location requirements.

Marrakesh is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs [up to and including Into the Future] and most SPs [except Katy Perry/Diesal] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Marrakesh..
