Aspen Villa is a 3 storey stone and tile, family residence of 3 bedrooms, with all modern amenities and appliances
.The room count comprises:
Ground: formal entry with access to powder-room, large modern kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated diningroom, livingroom with TV, stereo and comfort seating , separate laundry with washer and dryer, indoor pool with divingboard, lockers and seating. There is also a small, glass-enclosed 'solarium' , decorated with bamboo rockeries and a ferny mural wall. It also has an inground fountain with water features
Mid-level: master bedroom with twin walk-in robes and ensuite bath, twin single bedroom with playroom and compact bathroom, guest suite with bedroom, ensuite and small sitting room [incl. TV and library shelves].
Upper level: music/dance studio with band combo, FX lighting and a banquet table; game room with pool table, electronic game table and a model railway. There is also an extended balcony front and rear and the gallery between contains a number of pinball machines and some seating.
Aspen Villa was built on and for the lot at 433 Sunnyside Boulevard SV. - it has no special requirements for relocating.

Aspen Villa is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work but you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL .I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Aspen Villa.
