Magnum is a modern, contemporary home of 3 bedrooms and 5 baths; it sits on a 30x40 lot, which is paved, landscaped and fully fenced.

The ground floor of the building comprises only the entry and reception, however a series of undercover, but not totally enclosed areas, allow for comfortable relaxation either in the spa or on one of the seating arrangements available.

The mid level is open plan and includes kitchen, diningroom and a combined livingroom/library/tv area. There is a full bath on this floor.

The uppermost level has 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin bunk single. The main bedroom has an ensuite bath, the others share a second. Both double bedrooms have access to balconies - the one off the master bath is small and has an easel, whereas the one off the second bathroom contains seating around the bamboo feature. A draughting table is tucked into a corner of the lift gallery and an adjacent door leads to a further al fresco area with exercise equipment.

The garage has parking space for 2 vehicles - the family car and a quad bike are included with the lot. Internal stairs in the garage lead up to the games room - this has a pool table, table-tennis and 2 electronic games.
An all-in-one bathroom services this floor.

The grounds include a pretty fountain pool, a lap pool with slide and a shady BBQ area with bistro seating. The final all-in-one bathroom is situated in this latter area [ on the garage wall], for the convenience of those relaxing outdoors.

Magnum was built at 324 Oak Grove Road, Sunset Valley and requires only a flat 30x40 block.

Magnum is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible - but for this to happen, your game must be fully patched.

You may not re-upload Magnum anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.

Such instances will not affect installation and play for Magnum.
